By downloading or using the GiftCircle mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
GiftCircle provides a collaborative gift registry and registry tool for family members and groups using Apple's iCloud/CloudKit technology. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or stability as the service relies on third-party infrastructure (Apple, Firebase, etc.).
All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to design, icons, and software code) belonging to GiftCircle remain the exclusive property of the GiftCircle Development Team. You may not use these materials for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.
As part of the App's ecosystem, some product links may contain affiliate identifiers. GiftCircle is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program. When you purchase through these links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This helps us maintain the service.
GiftCircle acts only as a facilitation tool. We are not involved in retail transactions, shipping, or customer service for items linked in registries. Any issues regarding product quality or delivery must be addressed with the third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon). We are not liable for any damages resulting from third-party transactions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
